The Guild Consulting was founded by Dudley Callison, a nonprofit executive and board development expert with more than 25 years of leadership experience. Dudley has guided organizations of every size through transitions, growth seasons, and governance challenges. His expertise in strategic systems, board health, and nonprofit leadership shapes everything we do.
While Dudley’s leadership is central, The Guild functions as more than a single consultant.
